Open Incidents

Know the details of the last alert received. Get in-depth detail for each alert received, right from name of the source from where the alert was triggered to metric details when the alert was created. Get a complete list of related alerts categorized as Incidents, which are collated using intelligent correlation algorithm based on monitoring metrics, event timeline, and hosts.

Resolved Incidents

Get a list of all the Incidents marked as resolved, either by the user or by Botmetric (Using machine Intelligence, it can recognize incidents open for more than 48 hours without any new alerts).

Actions

Define an Action as a response to an alert or event using a reusable system command, a script, or a program, which is executed on a host running the Botmetric Agent. These Actions run either on-demand or on a Trigger (explained below) based on IF-THIS-THEN-THAT (IFTTT) rules.
